OFFERING OF HELEX SHARES FROM SEPTEMBER 10^th TO 12^th 2003

The offering of HELEX listed shares to the company's existing shareholders as at June 20, 2003, as well as to the holders of Privatisation Certificates issued by the Hellenic Republic, due 8.10.2003, and holders of Privatisation Certificates due 4.10.2004, will take place from the 10th to the 12th of September 2003 through the branches of National Bank of Greece, Alpha Bank, EFG Eurobank Ergasias, Commercial Bank of Greece, Agricultural Bank of Greece and Piraeus Bank.
