The Athens Stock Exchange announces that, upon completion of the cross-border conversion by transfer of the company’s registered seat in Luxembourg, on Tuesday March 17th, 2026, will be implemented the change in the name of OPAP Holding Societe Anonyme (ISIN: GRS419003009) to “Allwyn AG” and its distinctive title to “Allwyn AG”. From the same date, the company’s shares will be traded under the new OASIS code: “ALWN”.
