d) Loss of key concessions or relevant exclusivities which is followed by 50% reduction in EBITDA within the next 2 years,
e) Event of termination before expiration,of any concession which contributes at least 20% of Group EBITDA,
f) Breach of financial and restricted payment and distributions covenants.
