A warm welcome for ΤΙΤΑΝ Cement International S.A.

The Athens Stock Exchange organised an Opening Ceremony to welcome TITAN Cement International S.A. on the occasion of the listing of its shares for trading in the Main Market.

During the event, Mr. Nellos Kanellopoulos, Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of TITAN Cement S.A. and representative of the TITAN Group, declared the opening of the trading session of the Athens Stock Exchange.

Mr. Sokratis Lazaridis, CEO of the Athens Exchange Group, welcomed the company to the Stock Exchange, noting that: "It is with great joy that we welcome today TITAN Cement International at the Athens Stock Exchange, to continue building on our historical relationship with the TITAN Group which counts more than 107 years.  The simultaneous listing on three markets gives rise to opportunities for highlighting both the quality of the services provided by ATHEX and the capability of its ecosystem to offer quality and efficient services to the international investor community that puts its trust in Titan. Incorporating competition has in fact been a central goal of the European capital market for some years now, and the Greek capital market has yet another chance to showcase its comparative advantages".
