Fourlis Group hereby announces the opening on Tuesday September 20^th 2011 of the IKEA store in Sofia, Bulgaria. The store is the first store in Bulgaria and the seventh IKEA store of Fourlis Group. Its size is 30,000 sq. meters and the overall investment reached approximately 60 million euros.

The opening ceremony was held by the Vice president of the Bulgarian Government and Finance Minister. Among other important members of the local political and business community, present were the ambassadors of Sweden, Greece and Cyprus in Bulgaria.

 Approximately 20,000 visitors visited the store at the opening day.
