Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) informs investors that following the departure of Mrs. Anastasia Stamou, who held the post of Group Head of Regulatory Compliance, a Risk Management and Compliance Unit was set up, headed by Mr. Emmanouil Koufopoulos (Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer).
