Organizational Restructuring

 The company "Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange S.A." announces the following changes in its senior management, effective as part of its new organizational restructuring:

Mr. Nikolaos Porfyris has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the new Executive Division of Operational Functions, which includes, among others, the responsibilities of market operation and supervision, member services, post-trading activities, international activities, and sales and business development.

Ms. Anastasia Bikou joins the company's team in the Executive Division of Operational Functions and takes on the role of Deputy Chief Sales and Business Development Officer.

Mr. Nikolaos Koskoletos, in addition to his duties as CFO, will also manage issuer relations as Chief Financial and Issuers Relations Officer, with Ms. Lilian Georgopoulou as Deputy Chief Issuers Relations Officer.

These changes will be effective as of March 1, 2023.
