"Performance Technologies SA" (or "Company") informs the investing public that, in implementation of the 31/1/2024 decision of the 8th item of the Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, as specified by the 1/4/2025 decision of the Board of Directors, on Wednesday 11/6/2025 it purchased 2,724 own shares with an average purchase price of 5.79 euros per share, with a total value of 15,763.40 euros.

Following the aforementioned purchases, the Company holds a total of 119,774 own shares, which correspond to 0.86% of the total 13,968,683 shares of the Company, or 0.85% of the new total of 14,101,683 shares of the Company, following the share capital increase approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 15/5/2025.

The announcement was issued under Regulation (EU) no. 596/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council on April 16, 2014, and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016.
