PANTECHNIKI SA, pursuant to the decision made at the Board of Directors meeting as of 24th October 2006, hereby announces the partial covering of the increase of EFA CONSTRUCTIONS SA share capital by the amount of 148.500 Euroi and the undertaking of 49.500 nominal shares which correspond to 33% of total share capital. Therefore, the share capital of the company under the corporate name EFA CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, NATURAL GAS APPLICATIONS & COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES SA, after completion of the aforementioned share capital increase, amounts to 450.000 Euroi divided in 150.000 shares of nominal value 3,00 Euroi each.
