The Board of Directors of the Societe Anonyme Company under the corporate name PHILIPPOS NAKAS S.A. MUSIC HOUSE notifies its shareholders that according to the resolution of the company's Board of Directors of 17.02.2005, the payment of the dividends for the fiscal year 01.07.2003 - 30.06.2004 will be realized through the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A., beginning on Thursday, February 24, 2005.

The company's shareholders can collect their funds by two ways:

1.Through their authorized operator in the D.S.S. (Brokerage Firms & Banks), who will have to address to the Depository Dept. of the contractor bank NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A., or

2. Personally or by an authorized representative to the subsidiaries of the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A., beginning on February 24, 2005 until 24.02.2006, showing their I.D. card and their C.N.I.S. (Code Number of Investor Share).
