The company E.HATZIKRANIOTIS SONS S.A. announced today that its Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting of June 30, 2005 approved, inter alia, the distribution of a dividend amounting euro 0.0127 per share for the fiscal year 2004, payable to shareholders on 16/8/2005. Beneficiaries of the said dividend are company shareholders, whose names have been registered on the Shareholders' Register of the company at the close of the ATHEX's trading session on 30.6.2005, since as of 01.07.2005, the share of the company is traded ex-dividend on the ATHEX.

The dividend's payment period will last for six months from the start date of its payment, while after its expiration (16/02/2006), each beneficiary that did not receive the said dividend, will be able to do so only in the registered offices of the company in Tirnavos, Larissa, every Friday and within a period of five years, as it is provided by the current legislation in force.
