Placement of executives

09 January 2020 - Hellenic Exchanges ? Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), following on the announcement made on 6 December 2019, informs investors about the following executive placements, effective 7 January 2020:

• Mr. Emmanouil Skarmeas, formerly deputy Director of the Market Surveillance & Setup sub-Division assumes the duties of Director in the newly formed Market Operation and Surveillance Division reporting to the Chief Market Operations Officer.

• Mrs. Kalliopi Papastavrou, formerly head of the Issuer Support & Markets Development Unit, assumes the duties of Director in the Listings & Issuers Division, reporting to the Chief Market Operations Officer.

• Mr. Andreas Daskalakis, formerly Director of the Market Operation & Development Division, assumes the duties of Director in the New Markets and International Activities Development Division, reporting to the Chief International Business Development Officer.
