The consolidated turnover increased by 20,7%, reaching 311,07 m. Euro.
The consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) reached 15,64 m. Euro, having increased by 27,5%. Earnings Before Taxes (EBT) amounted to 10,05 m. Euro, having increased by 19,1%.
The consolidated Profits after Taxes and Minority interests (EAT) achieved an impressive increase of 21,5%, amounting to 6,33 m. Euro. Based on the profitability of the period and being consistent to our dividend policy, the proposed dividend will be 0,27 Euro per share versus 0,25 Euro for the previous year.
