ALTE TECHNICAL CO. S.A. announced today that its Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting, which met today, was postponed due to a lack of the necessary quorum required by the law. Consequently, the BoD of the company decided to call its 1st Recurring Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting on 18/08/2005 at 11:00 am in Maroussi, Attica (4, Apostolou Pavlou Str.), Greece.
