The company PALAS DYNAMIKI S.A. (former LFG Finance Hellas S.A.), which has a holding of 18.74% in the share capital of the company UNIBRAIN S.A., announced today that in the period from 2/08/2005 until 5/08/2005, would sell 525,000 common registered shares (13.82% of the total number of shares) of UNIBRAIN S.A. to the company M.H.MEDIA PRODUCTIONS HOLDINGS. The ATHEX Member, AXON SECURITIES S.A. will realize the said transaction.
