The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. announces that it signed a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the company INTERKEM HELLAS S.A.. The company INTERKEM HELLAS S.A. is active in the production of chemical products and has privately-owned facilities for the production, warehousing and distribution of chemical products, as well as berthing areas for cargo ships in Vathi, Avlida. The final agreement and the price of the acquisition will be finalized with the signature of the final contract after the fulfillment of the provisions of the relevant preliminary agreement.
