Hellenic Duty Free Shops S.A. announces that it has signed a preliminary agreement with The Nuance Group AG for the acquisition of The Nuance Group (Hellas) S.A. The consummation of this agreement is subject to the approval of the Hellenic Competition Committee, whereas the price for the acquisition shall be determined following the conduct of a due diligence in connection with the target company. A further announcement will follow the decision of the Hellenic Competition Committee.
