Premia Properties Corporate Bond Issuance on the Athens Stock Exchange

The Athens Stock Exchange welcomed today the management team and executives of Premia Properties S.A., marking the listing of their first corporate bond on the Athens Stock Exchange’s Regulated Market.

The company’s Chairman, Ilias Georgiadis, rang the traditional opening bell to officially commence the trading session.

Welcoming the company’s representatives, Sokratis Lazaridis, CEO of the Athens Exchange Group, highlighted Premia Properties’ new venture, recalling that just a few months ago, the company’s management had inaugurated the trading session following the successful completion of their share capital increase.

In his address, Ilias Georgiadis thanked the thousands of individual and institutional investors who trusted Premia Properties, adding: “This bond will support our vision, strategy, and new investments. We trust the Greek economy and the Athens Stock Exchange, which is why we are here today. We will continue building a company with European standards. I would like to sincerely thank the Athens Stock Exchange, the underwriters, and all the company’s executives who contributed to this success.”

From his side, Konstantinos Markazos, CEO of Premia Properties, stated:
“We are a new company striving for growth while respecting institutions. We will soon transform into a Real Estate Investment Company. Our commitment to respecting our investors, the Athens Stock Exchange, and all institutions is paramount.
