The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025, of the 566,354 new ordinary shares of “PREMIA PROPERTIES REIC.” (ISIN: GRS497003012), following the share capital increase resulting from the capitalization of reserves, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution scheme (stock award plan), in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
