Mr. Anastasios Kiriakidis, General Manager of Kleemann Hellas presented today at the SMEHA the prospects of the group and the internationalization route of the company.
Mr Kiriakidis indicated the following, explicating Kleemann's aims for the biennium 2005-2006 through spearheading the strengthening of its leading position in the constantly developing Greek elevators market and further through the expanding of the presence of the company abroad:
- launch of new products in the Greek market and international markets (Machine Room-less lifts, Earthquake resistant hydraulic elevator, home lift),
- development of trade networks in Europe and the Middle East through the development of subsidiaries and representative offices,
- further development of customers service department
- and increase of funds in research and development of complete elevator systems.
According to Mr. Kiriakidis an indicant of the positive course of the group until now and further of its prospects is, on the one hand, the progress of its financial figures in 2004, and on the other hand, the estimations for 2005 as a whole.
Regarding the current financial year as a whole, the management of Kleemann Hellas expects consolidated sales to be 80,82 million euros (73,25 million euros in 2004) and net profits before taxes 10,14 million euros (9,59 million euros in 2004).
KLEEMANN, and the subsidiaries KLEFER, LEISTRITZ, Kleemann Asansοr, Kleemann Liftovi consist a powerful group with more than 750 employees and industrial buildings exceeding an area of 64.000 sq.m.
Kleemann is one of the biggest companies of its field in the European and international market, with more than 14.000 systems or 4% of the international elevator market and enjoys a leading position in the constantly developing Greek market, since it has 73% of installed units and 47,3% in value.
Sales of the group outside Greece (30% in 2001 and 35% in 2004) are carried out in more than 55 countries, having England, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Yugoslavia, Turkey, Cyprus and USA as main markets.
