Athens, May 7th 2015

Autohellas: First quarter results 2015

Revenue increases in all activities

Consolidated earnings reached ¤31.5mill versus ¤28.1mill in Q1 last year, reporting an increase of 11.9%, mainly as a result of short-term renting that showed an increase of 16.7% in what traditionally is the weakest quarter of the year. In addition, operating leasing revenue also increased by 3.5% for the first time in the last 5 years, a clear indication that demand in this particular segment has stabilized.

Consolidated losses before tax in the 1st quarter were reduced, reaching ¤1.3mill versus 1.6mill in last year¶s Q1. It must be noted that the first quarter of each year traditionally shows losses due to seasonality. Consolidated loses after tax for the first quarter were ¤1.2mill from ¤1.08 mill in last year¶s respective period.

Consolidate earnings before tax, financial and investment results and depreciation (EBITDA) were ¤13.7mill from ¤11.9mill in Q1 2014

The company has now presence in 6 foreign countries, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, Serbia, Montenegro and recently (January 2015) acquired the franchisee license for the Hertz brand in Ukraine. It is important to mention that in the first quarter of 2015, revenue from the aforementioned foreign countries represented 24% of the group¶s total revenue.

It is the company¶s estimation that despite the slow-down of incoming reservations during the last couple of months, short-term rentals are expected to increase further this year, provided that current uncertainty will soon be eliminated.

It is important to mention that as of April 2014, the company represents the brands of Thrifty and Dollar following the acquisition of these brands internationally by Hertz Intl.
