Mr. Christos D. Lambrakis, President of the BoD of Lambrakis Press SA announces the donation of 2,000,000 euros in cash to the Lambrakis Foundation. The purpose of this donation is the strengthening of the public benefit projects of the Lambrakis Foundation. Mr. Christos D. Lambrakis has also donated to Lambrakis Foundation the bare ownership of 21.479.555 common registered shares of Lambrakis Press SA (i.e. 25.879% of the company s share capital). The voting rights of these shares are retained for life by Mr. Christos Lambrakis, who along with the voting rights of the shares he owns fully (9,364%) holds 35,243% of the total voting rights of Lambrakis Press SA. Mr Ch. D. Lambrakis and Mr St. P. Psycharis, Vice President of the BoD and Managing Director of the company, jointly hold 60,399% of the total voting rights of the company.
