Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO, NYSE: OTE), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider, today announces that Mr. Iordanis Aivazis, Chief Financial Officer, will assume the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer of OTE.
The following General Directorates will report directly to Mr. Aivazis: Residential and Business Customers; Wholesale Services; Technology; Regions; IT; Finance.
Mrs. Christini Spanoudaki, Deputy CFO, will assume the position of OTE S.A. CFO.
Mr. Aivazis will retain responsibility for Investor Relations.
Additionally, Mr. Paraskevas Passias, formerly General Legal Counsel, assumes the position of General Director of Legal Affairs.
Mr. Panagis Vourloumis, Chairman and CEO of OTE, stated: "The creation of this new position will allow me to focus on the broader issues that affect OTE and the OTE Group, while at the same time ensuring continuation of effective coordination of the company".
