At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of National Bank ofGreece, upon recommendation by the Strategy Committee, proclaimed JERMYN STREET REAL ESTATE FUND IV LP as the highest bidder in the tender for Astir Palace Vouliagmeni SA, under the terms of the tender process. The related transaction is subject to approval by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund.
