At its meeting today the Board of National Bank ofGreecedesignated Georgios Kaloritis, Dimitrios Kapotopoulos and Georgios Koutsoudakis as Assistant General Managers.

As new Secretary of the Board and its Committees, the Board elected Panagiotis Dasmanoglou, Assistant General Manager of Group Compliance.
