Mr. Antonis Chassiotis, Deputy Governor of Agricultural Bank of Greece, assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ABG Group insurance companies, Agricultural Insurance and Agricultural Life, after the resignation of Mr. Christos Kazadzis.Mr. Chassiotis, aged 47, held the position of Country Manager for BARCLAYS BANK PLC in Greece, President of BARCLAYS AEDAK, senior executive for CITIBANK worldwide as well as executive of MELLON BANK N.A. in London.Mr. Chassiotis holds a MASTER's degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Arizona (U.S.A.) and a Bachelor's degree of Arts in Economics from the University of Arizona. He also studied in the City University Business School in London (international banking courses) and the University of Florence (Italian Literature).He speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish.
