Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Monday, August 9^th, 2021

• Commencement of trading of the shares of "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN:GRS014003032) with new par value of €0.95 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the share capital return through distribution in kind of the shares the aforementioned company holds in the newly formed company "PHOENIX VEGA MEZZ PLC" to "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS" shareholders, in terms of 1 share of "PHOENIX VEGA MEZZ PLC" for every 1 share of "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A.". The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, August 10^th, 2021.

• Commencement of trading of 98,750 new common registered shares of "PAPOUTSANIS S.A." (ISIN:GRS065003014), which resulted from the share capital increase realized due to the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan.
