Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)
The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:
Wednesday, October 20th, 2021
- Commencement of trading of 16,541,878 new common registered shares of "ATTICA BANK S.A." (ISIN: GRS001003037), which resulted from the share capital increase realized due to the conversion of an equal number of warrants.
Thursday, October 21st, 2021
- Commencement of trading of the shares of "ILYDA S.A." (ISIN:GRS475003018) with new par value of €0.45 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company.
Friday, October 22nd, 2021
- Commencement of trading of the shares of "ALPHA TRUST ANDROMEDA S.A." (ISIN:GRS433003019) with new par value of €3.4375 per share and the ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the company's share split, in terms of 4 new common registered shares for every 1 old common registered share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Monday, October 25th, 2021, while commencement of trading of the new shares is on Wednesday, October 27th, 2021.
