The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Tuesday, April 20th, 2021

  • Alteration in the name of "ALPHA BANK A.E." (ISIN:GRS015003007) to "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A." and of its distinctive title to "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS".

Thursday, April 22nd, 2021

  • Commencement of trading of 1,523,858 new common registered shares of "INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. TECHN & STEEL CONSTR." (ISIN:GRS432003028), which resulted from the share capital increase realized due to the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan.
