Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that on Monday, May 24^th, 2021 the commencement of ex-rights trading for the share capital increase through a rights issue of "AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A." (ISIN:GRS495003006) will be implemented, realized in favour of existing shareholders of the company, in terms of 0.262542164271582 new common registered share for every 1 old common registered share, at an issue price of €3.20 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thuesday, May 25^th, 2021. The rights' subscription period will be between Thursday, May 27^th, 2021 and Wednesday, June 9^th, 2021 (included), while trading of 71,417,100 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Thursday, May 27^th, 2021 and Friday, June 4^th, 2021 (included).

Το Χρηματιστήριο Αθηνών, κατά τη σημερινή συνεδρίαση της Επιτροπής Εταιρικών Πράξεων, ενέκρινε την εισαγωγή προς διαπραγμάτευση των 3.000.000 τεμαχίων Ομολόγου του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου, πενταετούς διάρκειας, μηδενικού επιτοκίου ετησίως σταθερού, ISIN GR0114032577, εκδόσεως 12.05.2021 και ονομαστικής αξίας εκάστου €1.000. Ως ημερομηνία εισαγωγής ορίστηκε η Τετάρτη 12 Μαΐου 2021.
