The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Friday, June 18st , 2021

  • Listing of 1,600,000 bonds of the Greek Treasury Bill, with issue date 11.06.2021, one-year duration, ISIN GR0004124500, an interest rate of - 0.31% and nominal value of €1,000 each.
  • Listing of 2,500,000 additional bonds of the Hellenic Republic, with initial issue date 05.02.2021, re-opening date 18.06.2021, ten years duration, ISIN GR0124037715, fixed annual interest rate of 0.75%, and nominal value of €1,000 each.

Cancellation of 381 own bonds of "B&F COMMERCIAL & GARMENT INDUSTRIES S.A." (ISIN:GRC8171186B7).
