Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)
- Commencement of trading of 500,000,000 additional bonds of the Hellenic Republic, with initial issue date 05.12.2017, re-opening date 30.05.2022, fifteen years' duration, ISIN: GR0128015725, fixed annual interest rate of 3.90% and nominal value of €1.00 each.
- Commencement of trading of 600,000 new common registered shares of "EPSILON NET S.A." (ISIN: GRS498003003), which resulted from the share capital increase realized due to the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan.
- Decrease in the share capital of "INTRALOT S.A." (ISIN: GRS343313003), as a result of the cancellation of 3,724,936 own common registered shares.
- Commencement of trading of 7,600,000 new common registered shares of "INTRAKOM S.A. HOLDINGS" (ISIN: GRS087003000), following the share capital increase realized as a result of the capitalization of part of the share premium reserve.
