Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)
The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023, the following will be implemented:
- Suspension of trading of the 1,495,678,391 common registered shares of "ATTICA BANK S.A." (ISIN: GRS001003037), in order to be replaced by 9,971,190 new common registered shares, with increase in the share par value from €0.07 to €10.50 per share, as a result of the shares' reverse split. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, March 9th, 2023. The commencement of trading of the 9,971,190 new shares, with final new par value of €0.05 per share, following the decrease in the share par value, is on Monday, March 13th, 2023.
- Commencement of trading of 142,500 new common registered shares of "CPI COMPUTER PERIPHERALS INTERNATIONAL" (ISIN: GRS413313008), which resulted from the share capital increase realized due to the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan.
- Commencement of trading of the shares of "LAMPSA S.A." (ISIN: GRS128003001) with final par value of €1.12 per share and the ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.47 per share, as part of the equal increase and decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, March 9th, 2023.
