The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:
 
Friday, March 17th, 2023
Listing of 1,000,000 bonds of the Greek Treasury Bill, with issue date 10.03.2023, one-year duration, ISIN GR0004131570, an annual interest rate of 3.75% and nominal value of €1,000 each.
 
Monday, March 20th, 2023
Alteration in the name of "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS314003005) to "MIG HOLDINGS S.A." and of its distinctive title to "MIG".
 
Monday, March 27th, 2023
Commencement of ex-rights trading for the share capital increase through a rights issue of "ATTICA BANK S.A." (ISIN: GRS001003045), realized in favour of existing shareholders of the company, in terms of 3.51640385951927 new common registered shares for every 1 old common registered share, at an issue price of €13.50 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, March 28th, 2023. The rights' subscription period will be between Thursday, March 30th, 2023, and Monday, April 24th, 2023 (included), while trading of 9,971,190 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Thursday, March 30th, 2023 and Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 (included).
