The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Monday, October 17th, 2022

  • Listing of 40,000 bonds of the Greek Government Bond with issue date 16.09.2022, one-year duration, ISIN GR0506003517, floating interest rate of 2.178% for the first coupon payment period, and nominal value of €1,000 each.

Wednesday, October 19th, 2022,

  • Commencement of trading of 2,795,000 new common registered shares of "IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS148003015), which resulted from the share capital increase realized due to the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan.
