Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)
- The commencement of ex-rights trading for the share capital increase through a rights issue of "LAVIPHARM S.A." (ISIN: GRS246003008), realized in favour of existing shareholders of the company, in terms of 10.01868413773180 new common registered shares for every 1 old common registered share, at an issue price of €0.34 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, November 29th, 2022. The rights' subscription period will be between Thursday, December 1st, 2022, and Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 (included), while trading of 17,027,010 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Thursday, December 1st, 2022, and Friday, December 9th, 2022 (included).
- Decrease in the share capital of "HELLENIC TELECOM. ORGANISATION S.A." (ISIN: GRS260333000), as a result of the cancellation of 8,818,730 own common registered shares.
- Commencement of trading of the shares of "UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS084003011) with new par value of €0.29 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.01 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the corporate action is Thursday, December 1st, 2022.
