Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:
 
Wednesday, April 26th, 2023
 
Listing of 300,000 additional bonds of the Hellenic Republic, with initial issue date 24.01.2023, re-opening date 26.04.2023, ten years' duration, ISIN GR0124039737, fixed annual interest rate 4.250% and nominal value of €1,000 each. 
 
Friday, April 28th, 2023
 
Suspension of trading of the 245,000 preferred registered shares of "WOOL INDUSTRY TRIA ALFA S.A." (ISIN: GRS059064006), in order to be replaced by 245,000 new common registered shares (ISIN: GRS059063008), as a result of the conversion of the company's preferred shares to an equal number of common shares. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023. The commencement of trading of the 245,000 new common registered shares is set for Thursday, May 4th, 2022.
