The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Monday, December 4th, 2023

Commencement of trading of the shares of "UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS084003011) with final par value of €0.30 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.012 per share, as part of the decrease and increase in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, December 5th, 2023.

Commencement of trading of 117,500 new common registered shares of "CPI COMPUTER PERIPHERALS INTERNATIONAL" (ISIN: GRS413313008), which resulted from the share capital increase realized due to the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan, will be implemented.

Wednesday, December 20th, 2023

Commencement of trading of the bonds of "DELTA TECHNIKI S.A." (ISIN: GRC815117CD9) with new par value of €506.00 per bond from €571.00 will be implemented, following the repayment of the 4th installment and the prepayment of part of the par value of the bonds of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, December 21st, 2023.
