The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:
Friday, March 1st, 2024

Listing of 200,000 additional bonds of the Hellenic Republic, with initial issue date 05.04.2023, re-opening date 21.02.2024, five years' duration, ISIN GR0114033583, fixed annual interest rate 3.875% and nominal value of €1,000 each.
- Listing of 200,000 additional bonds of the Hellenic Republic, with initial issue date 24.01.2023, re-opening date 21.02.2024, ten years' duration, ISIN GR0124039737, fixed annual interest rate 4.250% and nominal value of €1,000 each.

Commencement of trading of 85,100 new common registered shares of "CPI COMPUTER PERIPHERALS INTERNATIONAL" (ISIN: GRS413313008), which resulted from the share capital increase realized due to the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan, will be implemented.
- Cancellation of 625 own bonds of "AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A." (ISIN: GRC4951193D4).
