Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2019 the following will be implemented:

  • Suspension of trading of the 6,330,002 common bearer shares of "VARVARESSOS S.A. EUROPEAN SPINNING MILLS" (ISIN:GRS344001003), in order to be converted to an equal number of common registered shares. The commencement of trading of the 6,330,002 registered shares is on Friday, October 25th, 2019.
  • Commencement of trading of the shares of "FRIGOGLASS S.A." (ISIN:GRS346003007) with new par value of €0.10 per share, which resulted from the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company.
  • Alteration in the name of "NBG PANGAEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY SOCIETE ANONYME" (ISIN: GRS509003018) to "PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY SOCIETE ANONYME" and of its distinctive title to "PRODEA INVESTMENTS".
