Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that on Thursday, July 4^th, 2019 the commencement of ex-rights trading for the share capital increase through a rights issue of "INTERTECH S.A. INTER. TECHNOLOGIES" (ISIN:GRS247003007), realized in favor of existing shareholders of the company, in terms of 1 new common registered share for every 2 old common registered shares at an issue price of €0.50 per share, will be implemented. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Friday, July 5^th, 2019. The rights' subscription period will be between Tuesday, July 9^th, 2019 and Tuesday, July 23^rd, 2019 (included), while trading of 5,616,600 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Tuesday, July 9^th, 2019 and Thursday, July 18^th, 2019 (included).
