The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Friday, June 21st, 2019

  • Commencement of trading of 1,000,000 bonds of the Greek Treasury Bill with issue date 14.06.2019, one year duration, ISIN GR0004116423, fixed interest rate of 0.47% and nominal value of €1,000 each.

Tuesday, June 25th, 2019

  • Commencement of trading of the shares of "AUTOHELLAS S.A." (ISIN:GRS337003008) with final new par value of €0.08 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the company's share split, in terms of 4 new common registered shares by replacement of each 1 old common registered share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Wednesday, June 26th, 2019, while commencement of trading of the new shares is on Friday, June 28th, 2019.
