The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Tuesday, April 7^th, 2020

• Commencement of trading of the shares of "PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A." (ISIN: GRS472003011) with final par value of €0.47 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.045 per share, as part of the equal increase and decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Wednesday, April 8^th, 2020.

Wednesday, April 29^th, 2020

• Commencement of trading of the shares of "PAPOUTSANIS S.A." (ISIN:GRS065003014) with new par value of €0.56 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.03 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, April 30^th, 2020.
