Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)
The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:
Tuesday, November 10th, 2020
- Commencement of trading of the 2,000,000 additional bonds of the Hellenic Republic, with initial issue date 04.02.2020, re-opening date 29.09.2020, fifteen years' duration, ISIN GR0128016731, fixed annual interest rate of 1.875%, and nominal value of €1,000 each.
Thursday, November 12th, 2020
- Commencement of trading of the shares of "DOPPLER S.A." (ISIN: GRS502003007) with new par value of €0.10 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company.
- Suspension of trading of the 119,596,817 common registered shares of "P.G. NIKAS S.A" (ISIN: GRS111003018), in order to be replaced by 39,865,605 new common registered shares, with increase in the share par value from €0.04 to €0.12 per share, as a result of the shares' reverse split. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Friday, November 13th, 2020. The commencement of trading of the 39,865,605 new shares, with final par value of €0.12 per share, is on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020.
- Decrease in the share capital of "TERNA ENERGY S.A." (ISIN: GRS496003005), as a result of the cancellation of 4,293,268 own common registered shares.
