Τhe Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2020 the commencement of trading of the shares of "ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND AND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT S.A." (ISIN:GRS504003021) with final new par value of €0.36 per share and the ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the company's share split, in terms of 3 new common registered shares for every 1 old common registered share, will be implemented. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Wednesday, June 3rd, 2020, while commencement of trading of the new shares is on Friday, June 5th, 2020.
