Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ΑΤΗΕΧ)

Τhe Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Tuesday, March 27th, 2018

  • Commencement of trading of the shares of "ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND AND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT S.A." (ISIN:GRS504003021) with new par value of €0.30 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.70 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Wednesday, March 28th, 2018.

  • Decrease in the share capital of "SELECTED TEXTILES S.A." (ISIN:GRS045003001), as a result of the cancellation of 57,390 own common registered shares.
  • Ex-rights trading for the share capital increase of "IASO S.A." (ISIN:GRS379233000), realised through the distribution of 34,901,930 new bonus shares to the company's shareholders, in terms of 4 new common registered shares for every 10 old common registered shares. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, March 29th, 2018, while commencement of trading is on Thursday, April 5th, 2018.
