Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ΑΤΗΕΧ)
The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:
Monday, November 6th, 2017
- Εx-rights trading for the share capital increase, through a rights issue, of "EUROCONSULTANTS S.A." (ISIN: GRS439003005), realized in favor of existing shareholders of the company, in terms of 1 new common registered share for every 3 old common registered shares, at an issue price of €0.30 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, November 7th, 2017. The rights' subscription period will be between Thursday, November 9th, 2017 and Thursday, November 23rd, 2017 (included), while trading of 8,623,225 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Thursday, November 9th, 2017 and Monday, November 20th, 2017 (included).
- Εx-rights trading for the share capital increase, through a rights issue, of "KEKROPS S.A." (ISIN:GRS070003009), realized in favor of existing shareholders of the company, in terms of 2 new common registered shares for every 1 old common registered share, at an issue price of €0.37 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, November 7th, 2017. The rights' subscription period will be between Thursday, November 9th, 2017 and Thursday, November 23rd, 2017 (included), while trading of 6,601,378 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Thursday, November 9th, 2017 and Monday, November 20th, 2017 (included).
- Commencement of trading of the shares of "PHILIPPOS NAKAS S.A." (ISIN:GRS387503006) with final par value of €0.60 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.10 per share, as part of the equal increase and decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, November 7th, 2017.

- Decrease in the share capital of "QUEST HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN:GRS310003009), as a result of the cancellation of 7,899 own common registered shares.
Wednesday, November 8th, 2017
- Commencement of trading of the shares of "QUEST HOLDINGS S.A" (ISIN:GRS310003009) with new par value of €0.68 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.34 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, November 9th, 2017.
