PRESS RELEASE - Intracom Holdings and Vodafone-Panafone signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of Intracom Holdings’ stake in hellas online
Completion of this transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including all necessary authorities and regulatory approvals.

In parallel, for INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group this agreement, with very beneficial conditions under current market conditions, generates liquidity for the group that will enable new investments in strategic sectors of the Greek economy.
