Peania, January 9, 2015 – INTRASOFT International announces the election of Mr. Athanasios Kotsis as Chairman of the company Board of Directors. Mr. Kotsis was Chief Executive Officer of INTRASOFT International since 2006 to date. He was member of the founding team of INTRASOFT International in 1995. Through all his appointments in the Group companies through the years he played a leading role in internationalizing the activities of the INTRACOM Group in IT services, in succeeding to make the company one of the main IT service providers to the European Commission and in establishing it as an international leader in this sector. Between 2011-2012, Mr. Kotsis designed and implemented the unification of all IT companies of the INTRACOM Group under a modern and functional scheme.

The Chairman of the main shareholder company, INTRACOM HOLDINGS, Mr. Dimirtios Klonis, underlined: “ Our Board has unlimited confidence in our close associate, Mr. Kotsis, while his experience and ranking amongst IT company leaders is an invaluable asset for the future success of the company”.

As of January 9, 2015, Mr. Alexandros Manos becomes new Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Manos joined the INTRACOM Group in 1998. He served as Chief Executive of INTRACOM TELECOM between 2006 and 2012, designing and implementing the restructuring and growth strategy of the company that resulted in an increase in international competitiveness and furthering international expansion of the company with a drastic increase in exports. Mr. Manos is a graduate of Brown University in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Brown University and holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
