Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ΑΤΗΕΧ)

The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved,

• the listing of Stock Future products for the stocks of the companies "INTRACOM HOLDINGS (INTRK)",

• the authorization of the members "NATIONAL SECURITIES S.A" and "EUROBANK EQUITIES S.A." in order to perform Market Making on the future products of "INTRACOM HOLDINGS (INTRK)" and

• the listing of stock lending product for the stock of the company "INTRACOM HOLDINGS (INTRK)". As trading date of the aforementioned products is defined the date 05/02/2018
